Rose’s Healthy Work Live Workshops are available to participants at all organizational levels. By focusing attention on the individual, and answering the fundamental question how do I change my daily work life interactions, participants can improve their individual contribution to their organizations, to their businesses and ultimately to their own lives.
Workshops are particularly effective for those who are facing a specific challenge such as a new boss, a change in organizational structure or a significant change in circumstance or responsibility. All can benefit from the Healthy Work Life approach including those beginning a new job willing to seize their ‘new start.’
Workshops are conducted in one day sessions, designed in retreat like fashion. We even serve lunch! Participant size is kept deliberately small to allow for individual attention while harnessing the productive dynamic that a group provides.

Workshops are particularly effective for those who do not traditionally have access to leadership or workforce development activities. A strength based approach will support these workers as they face their day to day challenges and pressures.
Workshops can be conducted in a full or half day of fun with up to 15 or more participants. Preparation is minimal and simple. Participants are asked to take a short on line strengths profiler prior to the workshop. Each learns not only how their results play in their own lives but understands how other operate differently in the same situations, and why.
Learn from each other’s experiences by digging into the strength profile results. Participate in drills that help with articulation and a deeper understanding of how others see the world and how we can work better on teams, and in partnership both business and personal.
