Workshops

Healthy Work Life Workshops give participants the tools to change their relationship to work. Built on her deep experience from her own career AND her work with individuals and groups seeking transformation and improvement, Rose developed the Healthy Work Life approach.

This one day workshop guides participants to identify their personal work barriers and patterns; AND provides practical, immediate techniques and strategies to set a healthy course. Many of us spend the majority of our time working. Our work lives are critical to our personal emotional, mental and physical health.

Designed to address the stresses of our working lives, the Healthy Work Life builds on the core tenant that all responsibility for a better work life rests with the individual. This empowering and sometimes scary truth lays the foundation for the change you can begin.

Let it Begin with Me

Rose’s Healthy Work Live Workshops are available to participants at all organizational levels.  By focusing attention on the individual, and answering the fundamental question how do I change my daily work life interactions, participants can improve their individual contribution to their organizations, to their businesses and ultimately to their own lives.

Workshops are particularly effective for those who are facing a specific challenge such as a new boss, a change in organizational structure or a significant change in circumstance or responsibility.  All can benefit from the Healthy Work Life approach including those beginning a new job willing to seize their ‘new start.’

Strength Based Workshops

Strengths Based Workshops give participants the tools to identify and bring forth their best selves. Built on the strengths profiler developed by Marcus and Buckingham in their ground breaking “Now Discover Your Strengths,” the workshops guide participants to identify their unique natural abilities. Designed to build on each person’s unique set of strengths, Rose reveals how our individual strengths allow us to show up as our best selves– most of the time.

Rose’s Strength Based Workshops are available for participants at all organizational levels.  By focusing attention on the individual, and answering the fundamental question how do I perform best, participants can improve their individual contribution to the group and to achieving the organizational goals.

Workshops are particularly effective for those who do not traditionally have access to leadership or workforce development activities. A strength based approach will support these workers as they face their day to day challenges and pressures.

Strength Based Workshops…

  • Focus individually on each participant
  • Harness individual strengths for greater team and organizational effectiveness
  • Offer those undergoing organizational change a path to success
  • Improve the likelihood that change initiatives (software implementations, process reengineering) will succeed
  • Create a path to manage every day work activities, challenges and stress
  • Highlight the importance of individual contributions and responsibilities

Rose HaydenWorkshops can be conducted in a full or half day of fun with up to 15 or more participants. Preparation is minimal and simple. Participants are asked to take a short on line strengths profiler prior to the workshop. Each learns not only how their results play in their own lives but understands how other operate differently in the same situations, and why.

Learn from each other’s experiences by digging into the strength profile results. Participate in drills that help with articulation and a deeper understanding of how others see the world and how we can work better on teams, and in partnership both business and personal.

Rose concentrates on people knowing their strengths and capitalizing on them. The secret to high energy and functional teams is fully utilizing individual strengths so that everyone is doing what they do best. Rose brings her years of experience as an executive in both large and small organizations, and in both the public and private sector. Her insight informs her work and she is deeply committed to the transformational power of individual insight, hard work and focus.
